Screenwriter Richard Fronduto filed a lawsuit at Los Angeles County Superior Court on January 28 against Disney claiming the series Hannah Montana was based on a script he had written in 1990.

His script called ‘The Secret Life of Sindi’ and later ‘The Family Business’ wa sent to the Disney company who were impressed by the concept asked him to write a pilot episode.

Fronduto is asking for money compesations and a “created by” credit on all the series produced so far.
